ANMOSET ASA is a high-performing sizing agent based on Alkenyl Succinic Anhydride (ASA). In modern paper making, Papermakers prefer to make paper in alkaline conditions to facilitate the use of fillers to get better brightness, opacity, and printing properties. Calcium Carbonate has an edge over soapstone powder as a filler in paper making. In the sizing of paper by Alkenyl Succinic Anhydride (ASA), Calcium Carbonate (GCC/PCC) can be used without any problem to achieve the best printing properties in paper.
R Size 15 is a free-flowing sizing agent used for alkaline sizing of fine kraft paper. Due to the problem of paper aging and the increasing demand for Calcium carbonate-loaded papers, R Size 15 is the best solution. With the use of R Size 15, sizing can be carried out in the pH range of 7.0 to 8.5.
ANMOCATSIZE-30H is a cationic rosin size designed for efficient sizing in a pH range of 5.0 to 6.5. Anmocatsize 30H is an excellent cationic size rosin with particle size below 2 microns, which actively disperses and imparts excellent internal sizing properties to kraft/paper board/kappa board. Incorporation of an additional charge donor, e.g., cationic starch and/or retention aids, at near neutral pH is beneficial. In capsize, the alum/PAC consumption is much less than that of dispersed rosin, and thus, the paper can be made at a higher pH.
RAGOL SIZE-50 is a highly efficient fortified rosin soap. It is supplied in a ready-to-use form. It can be advantageously used under acidic pH to Size all grades of paper, e.g., packaging and printing & writing papers. The desired degree of sizing can be achieved in Kraft box-boards, Duplex Board and other writing and printing papers at a very lower dosage of application of RAGOL SIZE 50 as compared to normal Rosin size. Ragol Size – 50 is gel-free, does not stratify during storage, and is easily pourable at room temperature.
ANMOSIZE-30 is a dispersed Rosin emulsion with a very high free Rosin Content. It is designed for efficient sizing in a pH range of 4.5 to 6.0, depending upon the furnishing and machine conditions. It imparts excellent internal sizing properties to board/kraft/kappa board.
