Our defoamer works as a defoaming and antifoaming agent in pulp washing system. It is a silicon based defoamer and helps in improving the productivity of wash plant by eliminating surface foam and entrained .It spreads very rapidly on foamy surfaces as tiny droplets. Defoamer has affinity to spread air-liquid interface and this is the causes for collapse of foam.
Anmol offers a unique formulation to control metal ions and scaling formation in system. The most important property in the processes is their ability to form stable, water soluble, complexes with metal ions. Since these AS have several carboxylic groups, they can bind different metal ions with different charges.
Anmol offers a unique contaminant control agent specially designed to control pitch and stickies. The hydrophobic pitch and stickies particles, get encapsulated in a hydrophilic shell of the product allowing them to remain small and dispersed in solution. Effective in the pulp washing stages to remove and detackify pitch.
A bleaching agent meant for reducing the chlorine and chlorine dioxide consumption in a bleach plant. It is specially formulated product with strong oxidizing power, with its use hydrogen per oxide can be eliminated from the bleaching sequence and reduces the consumption of caustic during bleaching.
This is a liquid thermo stable alkaline hemicellulase enzyme for use as a bleach boosting agent in the paper and pulp industry. It is used to improve the bleachability of Bamboo/Softwood/Hardwood/Agro pulps at high temperatures. The enzyme is produced by use of a select micro-organism with high activity hemicellulase (xylanase).
